The UKONS SACT Competency Passport and the BOPA SACT Verification Passport are free for every clinician and every organisation that uses them. Organisations that want to tailor Compassly further to their own needs can add premium features: reporting on their own staff, governance controls and their own requirements, alongside the free passport.

Your own competencies, just for your team

Some oncology teams want to go further than the passport: their own local competencies, such as CVAD care or extravasation management, in the same list as the SACT passport modules, for their team alone rather than across the whole organisation. Preceptorship and requirements can work the same way, and so will capabilities when they arrive.

Getting set up

Every package starts with a one-off setup fee of £1,000, covering configuration, implementation and training for your team, so your leads are confident using the new features from day one.

Additional reporting users, further bespoke reports and data exports are available on request for organisations with a package.

Terms

Packages are yearly licences, paid annually in advance, with a minimum term of one year
Setup is a one-off fee of £1,000 per package
All prices exclude VAT and are adjusted for inflation (CPIH) each April

Already a Compassly customer?

A full Compassly licence already includes all of these features, along with your own competencies, preceptorship and other programmes. If you are thinking about a full licence, talk to us about crediting what you pay for a package against your first year.

Common questions

Does anything change for the clinicians completing the passport?

The passport stays exactly the same and stays free. Your governance controls are layered on top, so clinicians see your additional requirements only while they are working in your organisation, and their passport moves with them unchanged. Reporting makes no difference to staff. If you switch on multi-factor authentication or approved email domains, we suggest letting your staff know before we turn it on.

Why aren't these included in the free passport?

The passports are funded so that they are free for everyone to complete. Premium features take time and effort for our team to set up and run for each organisation, and some rely on services that cost us every time they are used, so a yearly licence keeps them sustainable while the passport itself stays free.

What happens if we stop our package?

Your passports are completely unaffected. Reporting access ends, and your custom permissions and requirements are removed, returning to the standard passport setup.

We're a Cancer Alliance or network. Can we buy for several organisations?

Yes. Talk to us and we'll put together a group arrangement, which is usually better value and much less administration than separate purchases.
