RELEASE NOTES
A quicker route to competencies and stages awaiting review, and clearer multiple choice outcomes to help supervisees improve, in Compassly v2.7.
Retrospective competencies and stages with evidence both wait for a Supervisor's review. To make them quicker to reach, a supervisee's profile now shows how many competencies require review, and tapping it opens a list of just those competencies.
Inside a competency, a new filter shows how many stages require review and, when switched on, lists only those stages. Competency statuses now also say whether it is the whole competency or one of its stages that is waiting for review.
When marking a supervisor-marked stage, Supervisors now see the outcome of each multiple choice question more clearly, with the right and wrong answers set alongside the answers the supervisee chose. This helps them talk a question through and support the supervisee to improve their knowledge. The answers are shown only to the supervisor, never to the supervisee.
Supervisor-marked stages also more clearly show when a stage is currently marked as failing, in line with other stages, so Supervisors don't accidentally submit a failing assessment before they have finished discussing it with the supervisee.
Confirmation screens have been enhanced to give greater context in every scenario, including when the last stage completes a competency automatically or leads to it failing, in line with retrospective and signed-off competencies.
We've also made some smaller improvements that we think will help usability, such as listing competencies alphabetically when assigning a job description, and naming the screen that lists a competency's stages Competency Stages, so it is easier to tell apart from the competency overview.
