Supervise everyone in your teams without adding each person, and protect access with multi-factor authentication, in Compassly v3.2.
On many wards and departments, any supervisor on shift may assess any colleague in the area. Teams make this quicker than adding each person individually by QR code, especially in large teams and for supervisors who move between areas.
A team can be configured to match any combination of locations, services and roles, so organisations can set teams up exactly as they need: everyone on a specific ward, for example, or all dietitians across the organisation. People join the right teams automatically through their job description, and Supervisors can see and supervise everyone in their teams straight away.
Supervisors can bookmark the colleagues they work with most closely, building a personal list they can open in one tap, whichever teams those people belong to. It suits Supervisors who look after a few people closely, such as new starters, alongside their wider teams.
Supervisors can switch between their teams, all colleagues and their bookmarks, and filter each list by supervision level.
Colleagues without Supervisor access can see who is in their team and each person's supervision level, so they know who can assess their competencies. They cannot open other people's profiles or see their progress.
Your organisation can now require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for everyone, or only for chosen access levels, such as Managers or Super Managers. Each person sets it up once with an authenticator app on their phone, by scanning a QR code and entering a six-digit code.
After that, a code is only needed on a new device. Anyone who needs MFA but has not set it up is guided through setup before they can enter the organisation.
We're always looking for ways to make Compassly quicker and easier to use, down to saving a single tap. Assigning a job description now takes one step fewer, with the specific description of someone's role as an optional box on the same screen.
If a renewal is started on the wrong set of competencies, our support team can now remove it, so it can be started again correctly without affecting the person's earlier record. We plan to make this something Supervisors in your organisation can do themselves.
