Programmes arrives in Compassly v4.0: preceptorship and other programmes of development with milestones and cohorts, plus renewal guidance for admins.
Programmes bring preceptorship and other programmes of professional development into Compassly. A programme is made of milestones, each with its own stages and questions, and milestone deadlines are set from each person's start date.
Preceptees on the same programme are grouped into cohorts, each with its own name and colour, so educators can see who started together. Milestones can be signed off automatically or by a supervisor.
Preceptorship comes first, and the same structure suits induction, return to practice and clinical supervision. Programmes is included for all Compassly customers, or can be purchased as a stand-alone module. For a full demo, please get in touch.
When a competency has more than one renewal route, admins can now add an optional guidance note to help people choose the right one. The note appears when the supervisor is ready to select the appropriate renewal route.
Managers can now change the optional packages on a job description after it has been assigned, to adapt to changes in individual competency portfolios over time.
Signing out now offers two clear choices: leave the organisation you are working in, or log out of Compassly completely.
