Although the Compassly user QR codes look the same as those you scan from the camera on your phone, they are designed to work a little differently - they will not work directly from your camera.
You need to be logged in to your Compassly app (on your phone, tablet or computer), and you need to be within the organisation you want to add the new person to. From there you will find the option to “+ Add New Person” under the Supervisee tab.
