If you can no longer access the email address on your Compassly account, use this form to ask us to recover it. We verify every request before making any change, so recovery can take up to 5-10 working days.

Before you fill it in, please read our account recovery guide. The fastest fixes, like updating your email while you can still log in, often don't need this form at all.
