Requirements is a major new Compassly module, alongside Competencies and Programmes. Policies, reading and training are set up once and linked to every competency that needs them, and each person confirms each item once.
Many competencies ask staff to confirm that they have read a policy, completed some reading or attended training, and the same items often appear across a whole library. With Requirements, your organisation sets each one up once and links it to every competency that needs it.
Each person has one clear list of what applies to them, and confirms each item once. That confirmation counts wherever the requirement appears.
Each link can make a requirement needed before a competency starts or before it is signed off, so the right learning comes first wherever your organisation wants it to. Compassly also records which requirements were met when each competency was signed off.
Supervisors who can see a team's competencies also see where each person stands on its Requirements, using the same access they already have for competency reporting.
